First: Validity Period of the Return Policy
•This policy is valid for 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
•If you receive your order and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund. Unfortunately, if 3 or more days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Second: Refund Conditions
•The following criteria must be met to qualify for a return or exchange:
•Perishable goods are completely excluded from return.
•The product must be unopened.
•The product must be in its original packaging.
•The product must not have been used.
•The product must not be damaged.
•For Visa customers, the refund will be issued using the same payment method to the same account.
•All returns are inspected. If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Third: Cancellation Policy
•The customer may cancel the order within 15 minutes of placing it by contacting the branch by phone to confirm cancellation.

Fourth: Shipped Products
•Delivery takes between 1 to 3 hours and may be longer during peak times and seasons.
•Please visit the branch from which the order was placed to return online purchases. Our staff will handle the return or exchange. Goods must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit; otherwise we may decline the return.
